Anyone can tell you to squat lower or spot you while you bench, RLynn Fitness always delivers more. One on one, focused individual sessions will help you achieve your goals.

Whether you’ve worked with a trainer before and are looking to get back into shape or you’re brand new to training and want to learn proper form alongside all the fundamentals, you will realise the difference a qualified personal trainer can make.

Group Training

Group training sessions can work out cheaper than one to one sessions. If you are comfortable training alongside other individuals, or even a group of your friends, these sessions can prove very effective and good value for money.

Groups classes can contain between 6 - 12 people are generally run as scheduled events locally in Bangor, both at the gym and other locations when suitable.

Not everyone can afford one-on-one gym sessions, especially if you want to train more than once a week. Online personal coaching can reduce the cost of effective training.
