Group Training
Group training sessions can work out cheaper than one to one sessions. If you are comfortable training alongside other individuals, or even a group of your friends, these sessions can prove very effective and good value for money.
Groups classes can contain between 6 - 12 people are generally run as scheduled events both at the gym and other locations when suitable.
